Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, except in the case of custom-made or hygiene-related products.
To withdraw, please notify us in writing at info@gordiuscarrier.com within the 14-day period. The product must be returned within 14 days of your notice.

The return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the product or proof of return.

Returned items must be clean, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be included with the return.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Hygiene-sensitive items 

• Used or worn clothing

• Sale items or gift cards

Statutory Warranty (2 years)

All durable goods sold in the Gordius webshop — including baby carriers, accessories, and clothing — are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty, in accordance with EU and Finnish consumer protection laws.

This means that if your product turns out to be faulty (e.g. broken buckle, open seam), you are entitled to:

• a free repair or replacement,

• or, if that’s not possible, a partial refund (price reduction) or full refund.

Please report the issue to us via email at info@gordiuscarrier.com, including your order number and a description of the problem.
Within the first 12 months, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of purchase, unless we can prove otherwise.
