Welcome to the Gordius online store! In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gordius, a business operating on the Shopify platform, which provides the technical infrastructure for delivering our services.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Your order becomes binding only after we receive full payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order at any time. If this happens, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy [LINK].

You confirm that all purchases are for your personal or household use and not for resale or export.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices listed in our online store include VAT and are shown in euros (€). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order is final and will be shown in the confirmation email.

We only accept card payments. By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • your card details are valid,

  • you are authorized to use the card,

  • your bank will honor the payment,

  • you will pay the full amount including applicable shipping fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the European Union. For EU islands, please contact customer support before placing your order to confirm shipping options and pricing.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk and ownership transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and layout, is the property of Gordius or its partners and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may only use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

All transactions with third parties are at your own risk.

Our store operates on the Shopify platform. However, all sales are made directly between Gordius and you as the customer. Shopify is not responsible for our products, services, or any issues resulting from your purchase.

Gordius products are intended for infants and young children. All products must be used under adult supervision. The customer is responsible for proper use. Gordius is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

These Terms are subject to change without notice. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
These Terms are governed by Finnish law, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court at Gordius’s registered location.
