Shipping Area

Gordius ships products only within the European Union.
If your shipping address is located on an EU territory or island (e.g. Canary Islands, Madeira, Réunion, etc.), please contact our customer service before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and shipping costs.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping is free for orders over €150.

  • For orders under €150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country and product(s).

  • Shipping fees may vary based on the weight, destination, and number of parcels.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary by country.

  • Some items may arrive in separate packages, especially if sourced from different manufacturers.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a package cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address, recipient unavailable) and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • We do not refund shipping fees if the delivery fails due to customer error.

We work with trusted shipping partners such as GLS, DHL, UPS, DPD, and PostNord, depending on the destination country and the type of product ordered.
